Motive is a tech company that builds products to improve the safety, productivity, and profitability of businesses that power the physical economy.As a Senior Video Producer at Motive, I initiated the development of the Help Center Video Program, strategized its processes, managed the production of video scripts and projects, and tracked & reported its results. Our Help Center videos achieved over 65 thousand plays, maintained a play rate of 21%, and 67% engagement rate over the course of the first year. I implemented a bulk review and feedback collection process, resulting in a 60% reduction in wait time and a 375% increase in production, in turn improving our stakeholder collaboration.Our work with the video program led to increased interest from cross-functional departments leading to projects involving installations and courses for enterprise customers.

I led a team of video producers, video editors and collaborated with product managers and designers to create videos that help our customers easily understand the product whether it be hardware or software related.I was primarily responsible for creating the video scripts, managing the projects progress, and keeping all stakeholders aligned.
